I have 13+ years of job experience at Polk County Sheriff's Office starting as a Part-Time Clerical Assistant before transitioning to full-time work. I have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on personnel files, Florida State Statute 119 Public Record Laws, and archiving. In 2019 I began work in the Information Technology section as a Service Desk Technician providing software and hardware troubleshooting, minor hardware repair, and policy implementation. As a Systems Analyst I managed Active Directory accounts in Azure as well Office 365, as we have a hybrid environment. I now work as a Senior Systems Analyst with similar duties with the addition of server maintenance, public-facing website maintenance, Sharepoint administration. I actively seek training and have hundreds of hours of training thus far with a focus on Office 365 and Sharepoint. I have received a commendation for my community contributions and have consistently achieved above-standard performance evaluations in every position I have held. I recently received a Sheriff's Commendation for a Sharepoint tool I created that saved the agency time and money, and a Bureau Commendation for assisting Human Resources to set up a new recruiting method that resulted in a huge increase in applicants.
