I was a team member on the Spirit Team at GTM Sportswear. The Spirit Team works primarily with Cheer, Dance, Gymnastics and Band for high school, college, competitive and studio teams. I worked to reach out to our valued customers to see if they needed anything we could deliver. This included everything from warm-ups to uniforms to their much needed accessories. I was also seeking out new clients with the mission of helping them achieve their goals.

Assist with service selections, signing up for events and updating information in the Client Relationship Management Software system. Served as the registration chairman for the firm's annual conference that hosted over 250 participants. An active member of the FISH committee, the process committee, sales committee and the social media committee. Author for the monthly newsletter, The Boomer Bulletin, and was published in one national industry publications. Coordinated all conference space requirements for industry conferences and attended events to assist with the sales of Boomer Services. Assist in the hiring process including conducting phone interviews, setting up appointment times, being an active part in the final interview and selection process.

Worked the weekend evening shift. Dispatched Police Officers and Security Personnel to various calls. Made critical decisions in the following areas: answering emergency calls, paging out EMS, monitoring the campus security cameras and security alarm system and helping ensure the safety of the officers and campus. Assisted officers in the processing of traffic stops.

Assisted graduate students with their graduate research projects including making and distributing pellets and calculations for % dry matter.
