As the Sales Director for MTI, I get to have a major impact on the sales and culture at the company. MTI is a family run company with the intention of providing a service that reflects that. My role allows me to work with a variety of different industries and networks ranging from basketball clubs, dancing clubs, schools and corporate company's. I take pride in being able to find products according to their own companies culture, needs and budget. My reputation is getting the job done, in a timely manner and making sure that I exceed the clients' expectations. I will not stop until the customer is happy and their needs are met. I love rewarding people and my job focuses on providing the perfect awards for people. It requires having knowledge of how other businesses are run and the expectations in a range of industries.
