As the VP, Director of Learning and Organizational Change Strategies at Sargent & Lundy (S&L), I orchestrate organizational program launches, organizational learning strategies, processes, and strategic alignment to corporate goals. I oversee more than 400 organizational training and development implementations yearly for a geographically distributed staff of more than 2400 engineers, designers, and technical support staff. Additionally, I craft the change plans and launch coordination activities that often accompany these offerings.I established S&L’s first Learning & Development group by working closely with executive management and discipline leads. The resultant program reflects my knowledge of best-in-class learning tools. Our landscape and strategies continue to evolve with technology and learner perspectives. The training group structure and strategy are routinely called out by auditors such as ISO9001 as a company strength.It is my responsibility to assess and oversee the strategic implementation of Learning Management Systems, authoring and assessment software, and the processes that support these efforts. I led the design and implementation of the I designed and implemented the organization’s key competency models, their integration into the performance development process as well as the learning plans that support them. ns. Currently, I am developing Leadership Programs and Coaching strategies to ensure every employee has the opportunity to grow their skills and capitalize on organizational opportunities.

My recent efforts included a comprehensive organizational assessment and change management for the resulting change projects which included the development of Sargent & Lundy's key competency model, new HR tools, new learning systems, an enhanced Leadership Development Program, an employee check-in program to foster a richer coaching culture and several other tools that continue to change Sargent & Lundy's organizational culture.I also support guide the change management associated with our critical software infrastructure tools such as the launch of MS Teams, our new accounting software, and several other initiatives that continue to change the way our teams communicate and excel. This role necessitates that I contribute to several internal and external steering committees and groups.
