A common thread runs through my 'best ever!' Jobs. Regardless of the diversity of the companies in which I've played a roll - fast food restaurants; not-for-profit organizations; golf course or private clubs; new home builders, or giant corporations, the vital, connecting element throughout my career has been my passion for fostering positive Client Relationships! Running food orders through rain, hail, sleet or snow; toiling in Toronto's garment district; checking coats and filling water glasses; planning receptions and special events; to making clientele feel confident and at ease with the purchase of their lifetime; it begins with being of service; interacting with people, and finding that human connection! This truly inspires and excites me for what lays ahead of each new day! When at play I love to create art; re-purpose oldish clothing and furniture, design and sew; walk through my neighbourhood, the city, and its alluring parks, and travel; I don't cook - but I can!

New Homes Sales SupportFusion Homes 2012 - Sep 2018London, Canada AreaIn the six years that I’ve been a part of the Fusion Homes team, I’ve gained a thorough understanding of the many aspects of new home construction, interior design, and the sales process. Providing support to the sales teams throughout London, Guelph, and the Kitchener-Waterloo area, I welcomed visitors and provided up-to-date marketing material to the visiting public, fostering a genial, diplomatic rapport to help recognize their new home requirements. Following up with potential buyers through phone conversations and written correspondence, I managed leads using a customer retention management program (CRM system). Establishing enduring relationships – starting with a client’s first visit to the model home to assisting purchasers with the selections of their interior finishes, and guiding them through their first walk-through of their dream home, I believe I was just as excited for our clients and their new home as the clients themselves! -

ConciergeThe London Club Ltd 2003 - 2004London OntarioI was first introduced to the London Club while employed with Orchestra London Canada.
