My journey commenced in 2010, fueled by a desire to effect positive change in a field that directly impacts lives.As a Sterile Processing Professional, I've refined my skills in instrument reprocessing, problem-solving, and customer service, prioritizing effective communication and superior service delivery.Within my first two years, I earned the CRCST, CIS, and CHL certifications, laying a solid foundation for my career. Motivated to address emerging challenges, I pursued further education, including a six sigma course in 2013, to develop innovative solutions and improve practices within the sterile processing field.I actively participated in the pilot of the CER examination and hold certifications as a Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor through CBSPD, and ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQI), demonstrating my commitment to ongoing professional development and mastery in my field.Thank you for taking the time to learn about my journey.
