Growing up, my teachers would complain to my parents about my chatty tendencies and solutions to move my seating assignment never worked. I would talk to anyone! And truthfully, this has never changed. Throughout my life, my ability to communicate has become a strength I gladly hone daily as a professional. Effective communication is vital for me as an effective and accountable team member. It's also aided in helping support my passion of creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for other professionals, students, and coworkers. While I expected to strictly work with people in my professional life, my career evolved into operations and data work as well. I quickly learned I enjoy working with data and technology just as much as people! This line of work has expanded my skills in creative problem-solving, adaptability, and making data-informed decisions. Plus I can very actively dive into my love for continuously learning!But I think what makes me the most effective is my passion - my passion for people, learning, and problem-solving.
