I have the privilege of working with organizations and agencies across Oregon to fulfill our shared mission of removing barriers to health coverage for all Oregonians. I specialize in strategic partnerships, supportive collaboration, conflict resolution, skilled mediation, and doing the unseen background work to ensure successful discussions and processes. In my previous role as a Regional Outreach Coordinator, I was a liaison, trainer, and problem resolutionist. I pulled on my skills in partnerships, communication, sales, training, problem resolution, and public speaking to expand our partner network, develop feedback pathways, and build bridges to improve our system from the inside and out to better server our community partners and our members. More recently, staying on my same team with the Community Partner Outreach Program, I have taken on the role of Strategic Projects Coordinator. My specialties include forming teams to get 'stuck' processes 'unstuck', turning complaints into solutions, and finding opportunities for strategic system improvement. Through all my work, I take pride in upholding my reputation and personal brand as a responsive, knowledgeable, go-to problem solver who gets things done through relationship and collaboration.

Outreach for San Francisco's Zero Waste and Toxics Reduction programs: Trained teams of waste diversion specialists to consult with businesses to participate in the prgoram. Graduate school and research in urban pest management. Thesis focused on non-chemical management of a common landscape pest by encouraging natural enemies through carefully timed pruning schedules.
