Integrative Medicine - working with patients both as individual and group appointments who are striving for wellness. Focusing on whole body wellness, digging to root causes, and treatment both in traditional and integrative approaches. Details matter, past exposures matter. Utilizing the ideals of Functional Medicine including gut microbiome, autoimmune, endocrine, cardiovascular, and environmental toxins, I identify, prioritize, and treat the whole person.

I am currently living in Guam on 'sabbatical' to complete my certification in Functional Medicine! Independently conducted up to 8 in-home health risks assessments a day for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Health Smart. Duties included:• Collecting health history and family history• Delivering age appropriate preventative screenings• Efficiently performing an accurate and thorough medication reconciliation• Completing a head-to-toe assessment including diabetic foot examinations• Related skills involved motivational interviewing, education, critical thinking, prioritization, and triage
