*Budget Management for Higher Education - Internal budget development, implementation and management of fiscal year budgets.*Curriculum Management - Oversee processes of faculty curriculum committees, develop and submit degree and course proposals to Higher Coordinating Board*Develop annual course schedules for eight areas of focus: Game Art, Game Design, 3D Modeling, 3D Animation, 2D Animation, Graphic Arts Tech, Graphic Design, Interactive Design. *Provide support/liaison between college and local workforce industry. Serve on advisory boards for department and local industry.
