About Deanne E. Maynard

As an experienced Supreme Court and appellate advocate, I have argued 14 cases before the United States Supreme Court and filed over 100 briefs in that Court. My Supreme Court arguments span a wide range of issues and industries, including:• Life sciences (Sandoz v. Amgen)• Intellectual property (MedImmune v. Genentech)• Antitrust (Pacific Bell v. linkLine)• Financial services (Ransom v. FIA Card Services)• Bankruptcy (RadLAX v. Amalgamated Bank)In addition, I have argued many significant cases in the federal courts of appeals, with particular experience in the Federal and Ninth Circuits, where I have collectively argued more than 50 cases.
