I assisted clients by helping them choose an insurance policy that is fitting to their needs, wishes and financial limitations. I helped educate and promote to clients to ensure productivity all around. I also maintained personal information from clients which I effectively enforced strong confidentiality.

Office of Administration and Planning consist of all pre-event operational planning for students, faculty and outside clients on school grounds. Also, accommodating and offering options to the clients to ensure their vision is understood and effective while maintaining the operation logistics of the office such as filing and billing.

I implemented office procedures by greeting guests, making travel arrangements, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence. In addition, I handled office schedules, coordinated meetings and visits, organized files, answered phones along with prioritizing large workloads.
