While employed here, being a part of the medical assistant team included both front and back office duties. I would take patient, pharmaceutical, insurance, and other phone calls. Doing this, I would greet guests, seat them, accommodating to the party size, their [reference, and where they would be receiving the best service, all while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Then, as a togo specialist later on, I would learn communication skills with guests to accommodate to their food orders, handle money properly, and ensure food safety and proper sanitation in the kitchen. This would also be in a fast pace environment, Lastly, as a food server, I would ensure safe alcohol serving, ensuring that the guest was safe for themselves and others, properly ring in and bring orders to tables, handling money, and keeping a clean and safe environment for guests.
