Duties include on-site infrastructure support for the full Microsoft technology stack including Windows Server 2008 and 2012, Hyper-V, Azure, Lync 2013 VoIP for telephony as well as the hybrid cloud environment, including Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint. The infrastructure support also included the troubleshooting and resolution of networking issues as well as many in-house and third party applications.Primary Support person for all staff across four international offices, troubleshooting and resolving issues using the helpdesk ticketing system and various remote access tools.
