I am a partner at Rosenblatt solicitors, based in London. As a specialist commercial litigation/dispute resolution lawyer my work includes the following:-acting for claimants in relation to banking/finance disputes. This includes claims for damages following breaches of funding agreements, IRHP mis-selling, wrongful appointment of administrators and sale of assets (as mortgagee) at an undervalue. Such disputes often arise from substantial property developments and can include challenging the appointment/role of administrators and the bank's strategy to sell assets to associated parties-acting in multi-party claims to recover wrongly withheld/misappropriated funds in breach of contract-acting in international arbitrations through the London Court of International Arbitration and the ICC Court of Arbitration for multinational UK/European companies against European and US companies. This has included acting as an expert on aspects of English law-acting for family offices in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes-acting for claimants in substantial professional negligence disputes, including against some of the largest global professional advisers-acting in complex partnership/director/shareholder disputes, often including fraud allegations. This work is often multi-jurisdictional-pursuing cases through the courts and through ADR, including formal mediation
