Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates all aspects of operations of the Communications Center. Acts as liaison between Communications Center, Kingman Police Department, Kingman Fire Department, contracted Fire Districts and other law enforcement and fire agencies.

Sr. Account Executive

Oversee sales functions, including new product rollouts and transitions, retail big-box and key account coverage models, field resource deployment, and customer relationship development. Lead all client account management functions including contract negotiations, operations plan development and collaboration with the client, and field execution and efficiency. Hold P&L and budget responsibilities. Provide cross-functional team training, coaching, and mentoring. Direct regional team management located throughout the United States. Design, implement, and adjust various execution plans and programs for major appliance products, with a focus on building multi-tier coverage models and online measurement tools such as KPI scorecards and sales dashboards. Act as the frontline identifier, translator and communicator of client business issues and opportunities and act as the primary conduit for information back to the organization. Provide strategic leadership to the client, while ensuring tactical operational excellence. Mobilize and direct support organizations around the account to ensure we provide services in accordance with our contract.Selected Achievements:• Instrumental in successful integration of Maytag/Whirlpool pre and post-merger field resources.• Exceeded Big-box unit sales quota in 2009, achieving a +5K (+12%) unit increase over 2008 annual sales in North America.• Consistently developed sound, innovative business practices, including the use of tablet PCs in the field, implementation of data driven sales model (dashboard), and KPI driven pay for performance compensation model and scorecard.
