Prioritize and respond to helpdesk tickets in a way that is easy for the user to understand. Support our development team in testing functions and features prior to "go live". I work with a team of Account Coordinators and Customer Service Reps to provide the best possible service to our internal and external customers. In this leadership role I work with my team to help them grow in their role. I also work with other leads to ensure consistency through our teams. IT Champion - bridging the gap between customer service and IT.

In addition to my role as an Account Coordinator I also work as a liaison between the Customer Care team, Account Coordinator team and the Sales team making sure information is shared across all teams as necessary. I work with a specific group of sales people to help manage all aspects of their accounts including; account setup and onboarding, contract loads and updates, reporting, business reviews, quoting, and a variety of other projects as needed. Coordinate and plan trade-shows. Assist in preparing RFP's. In addition, I have daily contact with customers regarding product inquiries, furniture questions and orders, etc.In 2016 I have been creating and implementing a training/on-boarding program for our new Account Executives. As part of a pilot program I was brought on to partner with a dedicated group of sales people to help manage all aspects of customer accounts from initial set up, to logistics, to general service. In addition we notified existing customers or specials, promotions and new product offerings available.

Assisted in training of franchisee owners during week long training sessions held on a regular basis at the corporate office. Helped create, maintain and update training materials. Worked on-site to assist in setting up new stores and training of new staff.

As a part-time assistant manager my role included but was not limited to; training new employees, prepare for sessions by printing required materials and making sure product was prepared, make sure all shift duties were complete, take inventory and assist customers.
