Mr. Kaiser has developed MACT, RACT, Federal BACT, and State BACT compliance plans and he has negotiated control technology compliance terms with regulatory agencies on behalf of several clients. Mr. Kaiser has successfully negotiated terms for numerous difficult permit applications, including working with regulatory agencies to expedite application processing when required.Mr. Kaiser is a leader in air quality issues both in the Southeastern U.S. and nationwide. He is past Chairman and Board Member for the South Atlantic States Section of the Air & Waste Management Association, and he is a founder and Chair of the Southwestern Virginia Environmental Roundtable. He has been an invited speaker to numerous professional meetings including (but not limited to) the Virginia Manufacturers Association, the Air & Waste Management Association, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, the Illinois Industry Environmental Regulatory Group, The American Furniture Manufacturers Association, The Chemical Industry Council, the Environmental Protection Agency AIRS annual conference, and Central Virginia Industries.Specialties: Mr. Kaiser has completed literally hundreds of technical and regulatory air quality projects for industrial installations, including many projects related to air quality compliance issues in sensitive areas.
