In my role as Legal Counsel to the company, I provided general legal counsel: advising on legal disputes, and drafting a variety of legal agreements and legal correspondences. As an Attorney Broker, I regularly performed as an intermediary between client-tenants and client-landlords during negotiations and execution of lease agreements. In my role as Media Acquisitions Manager, I developed and implemented new firm-wide media acquisition policies which tripled the size of the firm’s media holdings in under two months. I also recruited a local entrepreneur and helped him found an independent business, 617 Media Solutions, to temporarily service the increased video processing requirements for Proper's growing media acquisitions strategy until the firm grew large enough to streamline processing in-house.

At DebtX I regularly reviewed complete outstanding loan files that had either been seized from failed banks by the FDIC or were being offered up for sale by undercapitalized banking entities. In order for loans to be offered up to underwriters for bids, the important legal documents or alternatives for them had to be discovered, details of the legal relationships and obligations identified, and the relevant information organized for presentation to underwriters.

As a Summer Intern I handled the caseload of several Student Attorneys including immigration, housing, and family law cases.
