We have a portfolio of products from sustainably farmed oysters and Blue abalone, responsibly fished wild paua and a multitude of finfish species. Add a fully formulated ready-to-eat meals facility producing humanitarian aid meals, military MRE's and contract-packing everything from sauces to meals, and there is plenty to keep my team busy.

Overall strategic, operations and financial responsibility for the Group's four operating divisions. These include carbon steel tube mill and distribution operations in Brisbane & Sydney, the carbon steel tube mills operation headquartered in Hamilton with a Christchurch distribution store, our fencing subsidiary Fencing Systems Ltd, in Hamilton and the recently acquired stainless tube milling operations relocated from Auckland to Hamilton. Working with a supportive and skilled Board and a great team of nearly 70 dedicated people toward making our operation the best in our field for service and quality in Australasia. We recently embarked on the Lean Manufacturing journey, which is already changing our culture and business.
