Manage programs affecting personnel in the US Navy's enlisted nuclear operator community. Ensure quality instruction in the nuclear training pipeline by ensuring those selected to teach meet the high standards required in the arduous training program. Develop and review programs designed to ensure the continued health of the nuclear power enlisted community. Ensure that only those applicants meeting the high level of character and ability are selected to the nuclear power program. Remove personnel that fails to meet these high standards of the program to ensure the program continues to be the keystone of nuclear operation around the world.

Improved communication and working relations with the Production Department Senior Enlisted Leadership and Senior Civilian Management Team to secure success• Utilized LEAN process improvement to optimize all the new product families to a 50% footprint• Managed and monitored compliance with safety regulations, operating procedures, and other pertinent regulations in the weapons product family • Designed training plans and implemented processes to improve employees’ capabilities and maximize efficiency• Downsized from eight production branches to five product families with 1,800 Sailors and civilians
