• Collaborate closely with Developers, Application Admins, and Database Admins to effectively resolveserver functionality challenges.

Learned how to work as an independent and team player in a large team with coworkers of different ages, ethnicities and backgrounds. Developed excellent customer service and time management skills while being able to be adaptable in a high paced environment with little guidance and instructions.
