Reporting to the Talent Director, I am responsible for the design and delivery of the Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure we attract the right talent for Commercial & Technology roles across Flutter UKI which includes PaddyPower, Betfair and Sky Betting & Gaming. Continuously adapting to market changes and evolving business needs, I drive best practice so that the organisation stays ahead of industry trends and is seen as an employer of choice both within the sector and externally.Key Responsibilities• Lead on strategy for the selection process so that the business can identify and assess “what good looks like”• Control the recruitment budget and lead an effective data analysis strategy• Building rapport with the senior leadership teams within the business to ensure visibility of their current and future hiring needs, and to build trust in the TA team• Represent the UKI division as a member of the global TA community, demonstrating best practise and sharing insights.• Defining the strategy for internal and external talent pooling and communities through partnership with the senior team and industry networks• Coach and develop the TA team in best practice approaches and industry trends within recruitment and direct sourcing and equip them with the tools accordingly• Drive the approach to working with our PSL Agency and Search firm partners to agree terms and SLAs that meet commercial needs and give a great candidate experience• Creating a strategic approach to the use of recruiting software, by staying up to date on the latest technology developments• Advise and shape the use of our HR systems to best deliver efficient ways of working across the team, while not compromising candidate experience.• Work closely with other areas of the People Services team• Managing the end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles• Develop reporting capabilities and setting measures of success for the team, enabling us to spot emerging trends

It is my responsibility to set, execute and measure the high volume recruitment (Retail, Customer Ops, Risk & Trading) strategy across our Flutter UK&I division. Working directly to business objectives and target outcomes to ensure that PaddyPower, Betfair and Sky Betting & Gaming has the optimal employer brand and strategy for attraction, selection, on-boarding and sourcing of talent.Key Responsibilities; • Oversee the high volume hiring processes and practices across the Flutter UK&I division, consisting of 613 retail shops as well as head office locations in London, Leeds, Dublin and Malta, helping to drive the business strategy • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Business Partners, developing the technical competence, insights, tools and style of the team to deliver continuous improvement in hiring and onboarding outcomes • Ensure that PaddyPower, Betfair and SBG has the right employee brand and processes to attract high calibre employees with a good fit with our culture and values, cost effectively • Manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure automated, insight-driven hiring • Strong commercial management and selection of third-party partners to ensure economical and effective acquisition strategies, mainly advertising and hiring systems related• Provide input and bring fit for purposes practices to the development of talent acquisition strategies with input from stakeholders across the business• Ensure a data-driven approach to talent acquisition and onboarding to develop measurable KPI's for speed of hire, Establishment levels, attraction and new starter learning• Build strong relationships with the Leadership team to enhance overall, individual and team performance within talent acquisition and onboarding• Build and manage various reporting suites on a weekly and monthly basis to the wider business• Working closely with L&D and SP’s to ensure of an effective delivery of employee on-boarding strategy
