E-learning instructional design role responsible for designing, developing and supporting learning and development activities associated with the manufacture, testing, and release of products in support of the site’s learning strategies and integrated learning plans.

AES Clean Technolgy is the only US based cleanroom company that self-performs the design, manufacture, and installation of cGMP modular cleanroom facilities. This new role is a perfect addition to my many years of pharma and documentation experience.

During my previous job role, I developed a training plan and strategy for the new (restart) pharmaceutical production plant. I analyzed the overall training requirements of the organization and developed a task- and role-based curriculum. created and carried out trainer certification programs. I designed work instructions and standard operating procedures for the administration of training. I created a plan for the new learning management system's transfer and transition.The values, I have driven in this role: ◆ Formulated and implemented a new recruit orientation program for business. ◆ Formed budget for training and labor requirements as well as maintained Training SharePoint site. ◆ Determined company ability to develop eLearning and video training courses.

During this tenure, I managed training projects and led teams for significant health insurance companies. I oversaw the development of pertinent call center training materials to verify teams' readiness before going live. I developed work instructions and standard operating procedures. By working together with key stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, and outside parties to evaluate business cases, process documentation, and wireframe simulations, established blended training programs and end-user documentation. I created and monitored LMS curriculum architecture as well as tested eLearning development platforms to ensure system/SCORM compatibility, and offered purchasing advice.A small selection of my accomplishments: ◆ Provided training systems programs for production staff and laboratory professionals as well as published eLearning courses for laboratory personnel. ◆ Devised Medicare Advantage training materials and marketing collateral for the sales team through collaboration with the internal marketing team. ◆ Created project management (PM) playbook, client-side project playbook, and related training materials for software installations through cooperation with senior Leadership of health plan software firm.

In this role, I led the development and implementation of a training program for a new manufacturing location to comply with a consent order.
