Founding the company to tap into an underserved need for a data-agnostic insights service in the service of decision-making, I founded and built a successful business from the ground up, with offices in Australia and NZ serving private, public and NGO clients. Key examples of support we have provided include supporting Toyota Australia to launch its Toyota Exchange program to encourage customers to exchange and repurchase Toyota vehicles and leading a review of the NZ government’s digital response to the pandemic to provide a roadmap for enhancing digital capability across the NZ public sector. I also produced unique insights to Auckland City Council on behaviour changes aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and conducted a major study for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners that has influenced the College’s advocacy efforts.

Following the acquisition of Market Equity, I was retained to manage people integration while holding BAU responsibility for meeting growth and profit targets. I reframed the business to align and integrate with the new parent company while overseeing engagement delivery in the Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide offices. I successfully transitioned the company to become an integral part of Synovate globally, meeting all financial targets and retaining both talent and clients, making team members part of the transition process and giving them agency over their roles and futures with the new company.

Promoted to MD from Account Director, I built a portfolio of new clients to quadruple revenue and expand the business to include national and international accounts and helped the company to expand its footprint, including a new Sydney office. As the business grew, I scaled the workforce with top talent, retaining high-performers and effectively supporting our new and growing client base.

Delivered market research and marketing planning advice in utilities, financial services, leisure and entertainment industries and the public sector.

Worked on brand and advertising research programs for AMP, Nestle, Uncle Toby's, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Campbells-Arnotts.

Provision of statistical consulting services and the development of survey programs for the ABS and Australian Federal Government agencies.
