For me, it’s always been about making a difference. Over a 30-year career as an entrepreneur, advisor and leader in the research space, I have been focused on finding impactful solutions to complex challenges. In a world full of noise, cutting to the heart of the matter is often the hardest part of all. As a founder of a successful research and consulting company, with a prior history in growing consultancies including Roy Morgan Research in Canberra and Market Equity to its sale and integration into Synovate, my client list includes some of ANZ’s most prominent private, public and NGO sector organisations, including Toyota and Unilever, Australian Health Management and the New Zealand and NSW governments.I prioritise an evidence-led approach, using my extensive knowledge of research methodologies, behavioural and social science and high empathy to lead on projects that have the power to change thinking, attitudes and approaches. I am also an engaging, persuasive speaker and spokesperson with the ability to articulate complex ideas to multiple audiences and a committed advocate for progressive and positive change.
