Negotiate & attain quotes from suppliers• Management of relevant risk assessment and JSI documentation compliance• Coordination of Design property transport and shipping logistics• Manage facility maintenance personnel, to provide high level of facility upkeep and presentation• Ensure all Fleet and Facility repairs and maintenance is carried out in accordance with relevant• OH&S and EMS regulations including compliance and internal & external audits• Communication of issues or incidents through safety talks at group floor meetings• Manage & Support department warehousing and storage process/systems• Communicate with contractors, staff members and all levels of management.
