Managed, prepared, customer request for technical information, sample purchases, D-Pro software and training support. Attended and exhibited at industry trade shows.to promote and sell digmoda products.MANAGER, ENGINEERINGManaged group of acoustical and mechanical engineers, overseeing product design and development. Resolved product quality / performance related manufacturing issues. Responsible for design and development of loudspeaker products sold to OEM customers. Worked with customer marketing and engineers during the product definition, design simulation, concept, as well as throughout the prototype, beta, pilot and manufacturing stages. Traveled to China to work with factories during product manufacturing and start-up.

Responsible for design and development of loudspeaker products sold under the Acoustic Research (AR), Advent and Jensen Brands for domestic and international markets. Traveled to key dealers to provide technical support for existing and new products. Customer list includes Circuit City, Brandsmart, Futureshop and Soundsaround. Other duties included support of the quality and manufacturing testing procedures of various products, write technical papers and specs formarketing and sales brochures. Worked at trade shows offering technical assistance to marketing and sales efforts.

Responsible for design and development of acoustic products targeted at the computer audio aviation and education headset markets, created a test lab for the engineering development of speaker products. Duties involved extensive travel to key customers to demonstrate and discuss new products. Customer list includes IBM, Compaq, Rockwell, Gateway, Intel and others.Computer Audio Products: Computer multimedia speakers; Rhapsody I, IP, II, lIP , and a powered 5 ¼" subwoofer; made sonic quality improvements to computer telephony headset products; designed various innovative and unique computer microphone and voice telephony products.Aircraft products: Assisted with final acoustic development of Air 3500 aircraft headset, making design improvements necessary toacquire Technical Standards Order NRR approval. Solved acoustic design problems associated with frequency response of PEM and PEV miniature earphone products.
