Dean managed complex regulatory projects in the Tax withholding space with proven experience delivering change to improve client satisfaction, ensure compliance and reduce risk. Leveraging Agile methodology, Dean worked towards delivering projects across Wealth Management and Institutional businesses with a focus towards delivering key performance indicators and establishing strong, successful and sustainable partnerships. Following a promotion to Head of Business and Community Development, Dean was tasked with business oversight responsibilities in areas including strategy, finance, human resources, donor relations, business development, partnership engagement, policy, health and safety and project management.

Dean led the final phase of facility construction, developed operational processes and procedures, created governance policies, strengthened donor relations and implemented a best practice financial operating model. Dean was instrumental in the establishment of core business foundations which contributed towards establishing a local asset supporting the regeneration of a deprived community in the largest city in Scotland.
