Responsible for client-based pension calculations and other various miscellaneous activities in relation to the calculation, operational procedures, and participant-forward communication in regard to each client's pension plan. After being given a legal document of the plan, I created Excel workbooks with applicable functions such as VLookup, AND(IFS), and INDEX/MATCH to check each calculation against the system, ensuring the results were accurate in accordance to the Plan by using actuarial and government interest rates. In addition, each month I am responsible for the Trustee Reconciliation for multiple clients, in which I evaluate payment data from the Trustee, pull reports from our system, and analyze the data in order to ensure each source is equal in payment totals. If it was incorrect, this was reported and I would work directly with a manager to find the source of the discrepancy and make note for auditing purposes. For service, I am responsible for the intake of phone call inquiries from participants, or those who are owed a pension. This requires a detailed knowledge of the Plan to ensure that I can answer each inquiry accurately and timely, therefore giving the participant a pleasant and informational service experience. As far as Ad Hoc activities, these would include the intake of virtual mail by adjusting bulk PDF files and splitting them into participant-specific mailings, processing incoming paperwork to ensure completion and assigning work according to completion, preparing miscellaneous correspondence to send to individuals, as well as taking down calculation requests. I also assisted in various audit requests that included pulling calculations from our imaging system. My responsibilities are consistently growing with the company, and new tasks are being delegated to me on an ongoing basis. The team is very flexible and I am consistently assisting with clients I am not assigned to for large projects such as Lump Sum Windows and Plan Terminations.

Assisted the Lease Portfolio Management Director in analyzing information for current and prospective clients. Used multiple databases to compile information as well as analyze the financial positions of the top 50 clients in ARI's portfolio. During this time, worked with the Treasury Department to pull data and organize large pools of vehicles with associated bank numbers.

Assisted in the daily activities associated with the financing of mass pools of leased vehicles. Used Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to pull and organize the right information all while keeping data integrity.
