From an early age I have always shown a deep interest towards technology, from researching the newest technology to rebuilding computers in my spare time. It was always something I did as a hobby but also what I wanted to pursue as a career. Within my education I have gained a lot of skills around Computer Science (C# ,Java ,VB Programming through to Web Development). Whilst I have been working in Tesco I have achieved the Bronze Service Superstar award, at that point I knew that my passion was for customer service. I became a phoneshop customer assistant at Tesco mobile, this is when I knew I wanted a career within retail that involves technology. The mix of my passion for tech and customer service. I believe that if you spend time and get to know the needs of a customer you can work together to achieve the best for them. I have been working for Tesco mobile for a couple of years now, on a popup desk. The store has depended on me giving the best customer service possible, I have maintained a high NPS and have received high praise from customers and staff. My regular customers rely on me being patient and understanding to their needs. I will listen and communicate with them to better understand what they want and what are the best options for them.
