Responsible for the design, testing and deployment of HTML and CSS email campaigns. Research and testing of up and coming trends in email marketing design, including mobile deployment. I was also responsible designing DIY training materials for both staff and clients in email design and conducted training via classrooms and webinars. Major highlights included defining Emma Concierge (an Emma service offering), rewriting all 39 of Emma’s global email layouts in line with current best practice, defining the rules for how the Emma application will translate HTML and CSS for email design and establishing training programs and guides to teach staff and clients best practice email design.

The Australian Festival was set up to celebrate everything Australian in the US, from our culture, art, food and business. As the director of the event, I lead the fundraising, marketing, publicity and content curation efforts for the festival. This included radio and TV appearances, engaging corporate sponsors, securing print advertising and engaging talent and vendors for the festival. During the event, I led the operational effort in conjunction with the founder. The event was held in Centennial Park, Nashville and attracted close to 10,000 attendees.

Managed the design and execution of marketing campaigns, websites, sales support tools and training materials. I also managed the proposal development process. I was responsible for overseeing the development, positioning and communication the brand globally. Complementing this, I was the client project manager for McDonald’s global brand measurement campaigns.

Established business operations in new markets, managed various projects ranging from product and service launches to process improvements. Clients included McDonalds, Starbucks, ECCO, Radio Shack and Chevron Texaco.

Assisted in the development and launch of new products and services; Initial new product management; Management of the MYOB Solution Partner Program which supported third party development.
