Worked with sales, marketing and customer service departments to build and create efficient business workflow strategies. Included mapping the processes, setting target deadlines, creating necessary collateral and implementation and measurement. Other duties included being the newsletter copywriter/editor, company photographer and videographer, and multi-media support manager.
