Oversee and work within the younger players age groups for our club. Making sure all players entering the club are aware of what standards and criteria the club requires and what they can expect from the club. Training and Development of Players in various teams and towns.

Built (recruited) and coached all small sided girls soccer teams. Trained them technically until they can move to large sided soccer.Helped the club to improve their non existent Small Sided teams. They now have every age group with multiple teams at various age groups. With some teams performing on a national stage.

Provided higher level soccer players the opportunity to train and play soccer in the winter months and summer months with players from around the area in a select soccer experience.Organized over 250 players and families in 15+ teams each year.

Ran the day to day duties of the pool and gym aswel as being a fitness instructor for all members and hotel guests which included high profiles names such as Alicia Moore (Pink), David Beckham, Marti Pellow, The Manchester United Football Team, Liz McClarnon Jenny Frost & Natasha Hamilton (Atomic Kitten), Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue & Many Others.

Ran Excersise programs for gym members and the day to day running of the gym.Helped Athletes with the recovery from injury to build muscle groups and get them back to strengths to compete.Also helped with the education of fitness instructors.

Built Fitness programs for members and day to day running of the Leisure Club Facilities such as Pool, Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, Sunbeds and changing rooms.
