CurrentAs a Field Sales Leader in the Central Florida District for The Horace Mann Companies, I recruit and develop the territory from Orlando south to the Florida Keys and coast to coast. My focus is on recruiting, installing and developing Agency Owners to help them build successful “Auto Pilot” agencies.In my 23 years with Horace Mann, I have spent 21 years in a leadership role. It has been both a privilege and an honor to recruit and lead multiple Rookies of the Year, MDRT and Hall of Fame agents. I am proud to lead this dynamic group of Agency Owners. I believe their individual successes and our success as a district are a result of the collaboration and support we have built with and for each other.
