The VDRP was established by the OVGA to provide expert design review services for significant projects at key stages of the design and development process. In December 2014, I was appointed to the specialist Fishermans Bend Design Review Panel to provide design review services to the VPA on significant development applications for this major urban renewal location.In late 2022, I was appointed to the Design Quality Team (DQT) for the Victorian Commonwealth Games Athletes Villages.

I joined multi-disciplinary practice Jacobs in 2017 as Principal Urban Design Leader. I was the Section Leader (Southern) for Cities and Places, a team of urban designers, landscape architects and planners. During my time at Jacobs, I worked across a range of transport infrastructure and urban renewal projects including Northern Maribyrnong Landuse Study, Drysdale Bypass and review roles on Melbourne Metro and other Rail Projects Victoria projects.

Invited to join the LXRA's Urban Design Advisory Panel, I joined other government design specialists in reviewing bidders and awarded contractor's design schemes for this vast infrastructure programme. My focus was on the North West and North East works packages.

Development Victoria is the Victorian Government's property development agency delivering urban renewal. Development Victoria is a merged agency incorporating Places Victoria and Major Projects Victoria. I provided urban design services across the full spectrum of Development Victoria's extensive project portfolio. This ranged from design advice and approvals, initial site feasibility assessments, to the preparation of design guidelines and construction advice. As a key member of the New Business Development team, I was involved in the preparation of concept designs to assist in the due diligence phase of potential new projects. This included working alongside the planning and feasibility specialists and managing stakeholder relationships.
