Piloted use of JIRA and Confluence to manage Agile software development efforts.For a nonprofit client, I led the development effort for a multisite Sitecore that leveraged shared content. The site accepted donations and allowed visitors to place orders for free educational materials.

Led a team of five developers to rebuild the http://www.clinicaloptions.com website using the Sitecore web content management system. Gathered requirements from business stakeholders and produced specifications based on designs supplied by an outside firm. Restructured information architecture to improve navigation and user experience. Reconfigured the website and refactored its code base to apply Sitecore and .NET best practices. Implemented site search using Lucene.Net to boost performance and search result relevance. Conducted developer training sessions to mentor new staff members.
