Each crew scripted, filmed, and edited their own independent short films, tutorials, and informational comedy sketches under my supervision. Parent feedback was immense and positive, several noting a positive shift in their children and "a side of [them] I haven't seen in a long time", expressing that their children seemed more authentic during and after the program.PAST ROLES - Assistant Teacher, June 2021; Constantly supervised and managed two groups of twelve 5th–6th grade girls and gender-expansive youth. Collaborated with teams of 3–15 coworkers to host, manage, and organize corporate teambuilding and charity events for groups sometimes exceeding 400 people. Functionally divided teams, ran various games or activities, encouraged team morale, and efficiently communicated with a team on a short time cycle. Controlled events from set-up to pack-up with a positive attitude and a grin.
