Working with Vector Marketing as an Assistant Manager has taught me the importance of balancing multiple responsibilities in being a successful businessperson. As a manager I worked to recruit, schedule, and train new sales representatives while continuing to add personal sales to my career. Using the organized structure of the company has taught me how an effective company operates. Such functions of this job will be vital skills learned for my future as a businessperson with my own business.
