● Report to management and my team daily covering attendance, downtime, safety, schedule, daily goals and tasks● Assist with new product development, while determining the best final assembly collectively within our groups. Overseeing all new product launches through the finishing stages. Track and monitor safety, downtime and quality hourly, correcting any issues.●Participate on lean manufacturing events and manage upholding / maintaining changes implemented through events while constantly monitoring progress and implementing new improvements constantly. ●Manage Team Leaders and assembly workers.
