Currently head-hunting for new Microsoft projects this winter '15.I’m a HR consultant who loves to mentor and develop team members. I was a Manager for Amazon for almost 2 years months and then a Consulutant & Specialist at national IT force. Where I recruiter 3 new teams for upcoming projects. I'm not looking to move career at the moment and am focusing on developing my skills here at Microsoft.- Provide a more objective tool for measuring employees’ success- Increase employees’ accountability of their on-the-job performance- Improve success rates for reaching overall organizational goals- Mitigate employment practice-related risks by linking evaluation to employees’ self-validated job descriptions- Provide measurement for operational/business decisions, i.e., performance rewards, compensation, downsizing, etc.
