I oversee the replenishment of entire store. My daily duties include, replenishment and executing the markdowns and price changes. I re merchandise product when inventory levels are low, or product isn't selling. I play a big role in presentation by assisting the presentation manger with visuals in the store. I help set new product and do walk throughs to make sure all the product is represented and to make sure that we have received all expected product. Backroom organization is crucial, so I make sure things are easily accessible for my team, so that they have everything they need to drive sales.Manages payroll and helps with schedule planning to execute monthly floorsets and high volumes of shipment.

When I first join the company, I was hired as a sales associate. My main focus was sales. I learned how to do bra fittings and promote our store credit card. I then cross trained to work in the stock room. My duties consisted of processing shipment (organizing product by style, color, and size,censoring, steaming) in the time given on the boxes, replenishing, I was apart of every floor set. Helping with visuals and executing window changes. I also served as a temporary stock supervisor in 2013 for the holidays seasons.
