Life's unpredictability has shaped me into a passionate IT professional who is now determined to finish what I started. In 2019, personal and financial challenges led me to make the difficult decision to pause my studies in Business Administration. While this decision was far from easy, it opened doors I hadn't anticipated and allowed me to pivot into the dynamic field of IT.During this transformative period, I successfully retrained as an IT specialist for application development. Through this journey, I gained hands-on experience in business needs analysis, network integration, software customization, and IT security assessments. I also expanded my knowledge in data management, improved my customer service skills, and explored project management fundamentals—all of which fueled my adaptability and passion for technology.Now, as I complete the final chapter of my academic journey, pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I aim to combine my IT expertise with a solid foundation in business management. My thesis focuses on "Artificial Intelligence in Change Management," a topic at the intersection of technology and organizational transformation.The challenges I faced in 2019 were not the end of my story but a pivotal moment that taught me the value of perseverance and adaptability.
