At Target my responsibilities includes administrative work such as meeting our work center metrics for online grocery pickup as well as our ship from store.• I maintain that by getting my team to call for INF's (inventory not found) so we can find the item • Checking the metric application to look for item trends. That way we can have them audited if need be.• I also play a global role outside of my work center, with Guest Services, Inbound, and General Merchandise. So that they can count on any team leader to help when the workload becomes high
