Every month I need to make sure my team can achieve order intake 1,6 billion rupiah and billing closure minimum is 2 billion rupiah from our backlog. Beside that I also need to report how many new units of service maintenance and minimize lost customer. Need to monitor also about escalation price of renewal contracts. I also report to Asia pacific office about Indonesia condition and market updating. My direct report to service director and Indonesia MD.
