Coordinates and supervises all activities as it relates to the development and maintenance of the Ambulatory Electronic Health Record application(s)/system(s). Led three person multidisciplinary team in planning, design, implementation and operationalizing electronic health record clinical workflows resulting in Lahey’s receipt of over 15 million federal dollars for successful Meaningful Use Stage I & Stage 2 attestation. Coordinates with leadership to improve organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, staffing and administration of department including personnel performance reviews and improvement plans. Tracks and communicates project status of key deliverables to project team members, executive leadership and key stakeholders. Modifies project plans to reflect changes in scope, schedules, regulatory requirements or staffing as defined by project leadership. Coordinates with organizational departments to determine schedules and project impacts including coordination of technical activities including but not limited to interfaces, upgrades, hot fixes, copies/restores, downtime procedures, server maintenance and procurement. Ensures the data capture and data production of the EHR facilitates the goals and requirements of the organization’s quality, compliance, analytics and decision support teams. Participates in the selection of new or replacement clinical systems, products or applications. . Plans development inventory, triages enhancement and bug fixes including identifying critical content requirements for EHR implementation at Lahey Clinic. Maintains global vision and perspective of application configurations and designs with key clinic stakeholders ensuring the integration of data from newly acquired hospitals and organizations as Lahey progresses in its transformation to an Accountable Care Organization. Creates departmental goals, standards and performance measures to ensure alignment with the strategic direction of department and organization

As a member of the Lahey Management team performs project manager functions including project planning, implementation of technology and business work flow analysis within the Lahey Organization.
