An Experienced Chartered Sustainable Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture & planning industry. My objective is to design and implement energy-efficient, healthy and comfortable buildings by taking a ‘fabric first’ approach. I seek to maximise the performance of the building components from the inception of an idea through to the completion of low-energy, healthy buildings throughout all RIBA Stages 0-7. At Studio BE. Architecture for Wellbeing and we offer a collaborative Passivhaus Design service for both new build projects and extensions. With existing buildings, we take an AECB ‘carbon-lite’ retrofit approach and through careful observation establish specific project solutions. Listening to both the client along with the site to work with nature at an early stage is key to successful and ‘sustainable’ project delivery.
