Hi, I'm Deb Bauleke, an Independent Avon SalesAmbassador, Team Unit Leader and Trainer. I use my knowledge and education to help match clients to the Avon products that work best for their lifestyle and price range. While providing high quality customer service I will work with Avon and other Representatives to make sure that any discontinued items can still be found for my clients or make recommendations for a substitute for their favorite products. As an individual, who thinks outside the box you will find your adventure with me, as your Ambassador, to be fun, interactive and perfect for you. My skills and knowledge also carry over in my position as a Avon Team Unit Leader and Trainer. On my team you will experience a leader who explains your role as an Avon member. I will share my insight and experiences with you as you begin your business and make sure you have access to all the Avon Tools and Resources Avon provides for you. You will be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. I will take the time you need to guide you and help you learn the skills needed to be the type of representative you want to be. Although, I can't run your business for you, I will be their for you whenever the need arises. I personally feel that a working role model who assists others in a confident and friendly manner does a lot more for the new person in the business than me just telling you what to do. We will work and learn side by side as partners in the business we have both set out to achieve for ourselves. My personality and the way I think of myself confirms that I'm a confident and caring individual who is willing to assist others be the best they can be. I get great satisfaction from being there for someone and not necessarily ever knowing whether or not my touch, inspiration or spirit made their day a little bit better. I look at the world through positivity, knowing that even though we may run into bumps or a fork in the road, we are still set forth on this journey to make a place in the world that is bigger and better than it was before we walked through.
