Under contract with NASA GRC, managed five-year, $450K per year award to deliver graduate-level (MS and Ph.D.) engineering education courses from 5 of OAI's 10 member universities. Courses were delivered in person (Cleveland State University, University of Toledo, and Case Western Reserve University) and via interactive video (University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University). Took project from award to full program operation. Worked closely with graduate engineering departments at these universities to coordinate schedules and delivery, as well as administrative personnel to manage various aspects of the program (registration, financial, technology, and logistics).As assistant to Vice President of University Relations, managed, and maintained OAI relationships with administrators and faculty of 10 member universities and NASA Glenn Research Center. Identified, researched, and analyzed federal, state and local funding opportunities for collaborative research among universities, industry and government. Designed, developed, and administered member university/faculty technical expertise database. Planned and conducted statewide briefings by representatives of federal funding agencies to stimulate university participation in federal research. Provided writing/editing assistance for collaborative proposal teams.
