Deb Black Email and Phone Number
Helping others develop skills and increase their capacity professionally and personally in change management, industrial relations and leadership development has shown me that inevitable workplace conflict can be successfully overcome and minimised in the future with the right approach. Like an onion, what we see on the surface in a conflict situation hides the layers beneath. Boards, employers and managers can lack the conflict management skills needed or be unwilling to peel back layers of emotion and acceptability to uncover the deeper issues. Yet doing so, significantly increases the chance of reaching a sustainable resolution.
