Cavendish Education is a unique schools group with co-educational independent day & boarding schools providing an all-round education for students aged between five and twenty-five years old. Gretton School, Girton, is a specialist day and residential school for pupils aged 5 to 19 with Autism Spectrum Condition, high functioning Autism & Asperger’s Syndrome, providing individually tailored programmes of education, care and therapy. From 2011 3 boarding houses were also introduced. Approached to improve Ofsted ratings, reputation and very low student numbers. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________► Liaised and built trusted relationships with the local authority and commissioning officer► Implemented new processes and recruited high-calibre staff, achieving 'Good' within months ► Led successful tenders and filled 100 places within 3 years (from just three in 2010)

Principal and Project Manager for the The Jigsaw Project, a JV between CastleCare and the local authority comprising a 30-pupil SEMH independent secondary school and four residential homes with an integrated CAMHS team.
